What does a session with a Life Coach look like?
Coaching typically consist of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your life coaching and usually last about 60 mins each session. Some clients meet with their life coach one a week, although some clients meet every two weeks or even just once a month, depending on their needs.
My clients usually gets homework that will assist them in achieving their goals. We will talk about the homework given and see what we can do next to approve your lifestyle.
